Job Description

  • Lead indirect sourcing activities by driving cost savings through sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and make-or-buy decisions.
  • Align local procurement efforts with global strategies while coordinating across internal stakeholders and category teams.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and compliance, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to policies.
  • Improve procurement processes and systems while driving efficiency, standardisation, and digital adoption.
  • Influence stakeholders and provide regular reporting on procurement performance, including cost, quality, and delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Indirect Sourcing Specialist should have:

  • A degree-qualified professional with at least 3 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to lead sourcing projects, drive process improvements, and manage change in a complex, cross-functional setting.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Possesses sound business judgment with basic financial and legal knowledge, high integrity, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
