Job Description

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for financing products, including:Retail installment loans
  • Leasing solutions
  • Partner/dealer financing
  • Set and deliver annual sales targets, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities, including digital channels, partnerships, and embedded finance models.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization.

Partner & Channel Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, including dealers, brokers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive partner engagement and increase adoption of financing solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to improve conversion rates through integrated financing offers.
  • Design and implement incentive programs to boost penetration and performance.



Customer Financing Solutions

  • Ensure competitive, customer-centric credit offerings aligned with market demand.
  • Collaborate with product and risk teams to refine pricing, structures, and approval processes.
  • Enhance the customer journey through streamlined and digital-first financing processes.

Revenue & Portfolio Management

  • Own the sales P&L, including volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics:Origination volumes
  • Penetration rates
  • Margins
  • Portfolio performance
  • Partner with risk teams to balance growth objectives with credit quality.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years in financial services, preferably in:
  • Consumer lending
  • Automotive finance
  • Banking or leasing
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams and delivering growth.
  • Experience in partner-driven or B2B2C sales models.
