Job Description

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies targeting banks, financial institutions, and fintech ecosystems
  • Drive enterprise sales and manage complex deal cycles, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract structuring
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across business, technology, and compliance stakeholders within financial institutions
  • Ensure all partnerships align with financial services regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, governance frameworks)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and compliance teams to deliver partnership solutions
  • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle from origination to growth and long-term success
  • Lead and manage end-to-end partnership programs and implementations using structured project/program management (PMP) methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and commercial outcomes


The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or partnerships, preferably from banking IT vendors (e.g., Silverlake, Temenos, Finacle) or fintech infrastructure firms
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations, compliance frameworks, and working within regulated environments
  • Proven track record in securing and managing partnerships with banks or large financial institutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Established network within financial institutions is highly preferred
  • Strategic, relationship-driven, and capable of bridging business growth with compliance requirements
