Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
  • Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and handle all compliance-related communications.
  • Oversee training programs to promote compliance awareness across the organization.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and relevant committees.
  • Lead and manage the Risk & Compliance team to ensure effective execution of compliance functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Compliance should have:
