Job Description

  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for group-level financial planning.
  • Prepare and review accurate and timely group financial reports in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to consolidate financial data for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in managing external audits and liaise with auditors for group reporting matters.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and updates on new financial reporting standards.
  • Analyze group financial performance and deliver insights to senior management.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required by the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Reporting Assistant Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a large organization.
