Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts, including bank, intercompany and balance sheet accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring timely and accurate entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial data flow and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor queries.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
