Job Description

  • Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct market trend analysis to assist in long-term business planning.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure successful delivery of FP&A activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are preferred.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership abilities to manage and develop a team.
