This role is a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Management Reporting Analyst position that supports the Regional Enterprise Business Group and the Singapore FP&A team. The primary focus is on financial reporting, data analysis, revenue tracking, target-setting support, and process automation.

Job Description

  • Preparing and maintaining billed revenue (BR) reports by extracting and analyzing large datasets using Excel, Power Query, and SAP.
  • Producing management, financial, and operational reports, while identifying trends, variances, and discrepancies to support business decision-making.
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly target-setting exercises through data consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assisting with project administration such as WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) / Project ID issuance.
  • Developing financial models and scenario analyses to provide business insights.
  • Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Providing support for ad hoc financial and analytical projects across the organization.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, finance operations, or shared services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, large datasets), with knowledge of Power Query and/or Macros.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems and extracting financial data.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
