Job Description

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with relevant reporting standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
  • Analyze group financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure proper reporting and compliance with group policies.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to maintain accurate group reporting.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor queries.
  • Implement and enhance financial controls and reporting processes across the group.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager (Consolidation) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of consolidation processes and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is advantageous.
  • Regional exposure in APAC / Europe markets will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools for consolidation and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
