Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and adjust medium- to long-term fund plans, including financing, investment, and liquidity management, based on market conditions.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily fund allocation, position management, liquidity risk, and cross-border fund flows, optimizing financing costs.
  • Fintech Integration: Possess expertise in third-party payment systems and automate payment processes for efficiency and security.
  • Risk Control: Establish early-warning systems for liquidity, credit, and operational risks, conducting stress testing and developing contingency plans.
  • Data Analysis & Support: Prepare fund analysis reports, provide cash flow forecasts, and use data modeling for optimized fund utilization and decision support.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Supervisor should have:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams.
  • A proactive attitude towards process improvement and efficiency.
