This role involves being the manager for the ERP delivery, implementation, and rollout while also contributing to automation initiatives within OpenText and other parts. The position requires strong SAP FICO understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to learn other SAP modules.

About Our Client

The client is a well-known investmentorganization. Theorganization operates with a lean structure and is currently in the midst of evaluating and selecting a new enterprise resource planning platform, with implementation planned within the year. Due to its lean structure, the ERP team is expected to work across multiple modules rather than being limited to a single functional area. This environment provides broad exposure to ERP processes, automation initiatives, and emerging technologies, while working closely with senior finance stakeholders.


The organization values individuals who are self-driven, open to learning, able to manage stakeholders independently, and comfortable operating in a project-based, delivery-focused setting.

Job Description

  • Participate as lead the ERP delivery and implementation.
  • Support ERP software evaluation and selection, providing functional input and acting as a system champion
  • Configure system data and support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout activities
  • Participate in project discussions across ERP modules, including primary and secondary module coverage
  • Work across finance-led ERP processes, including contracting, accounting-related flows, and treasury-related interactions
  • Interface with technical, master data, and integration components within the ERP landscape
  • Support light automation initiatives, with automation focus reducing after ERP implementation
  • Engage finance and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work on automation within OpenText



The Successful Applicant

  • Approximately 7 years of experience in ERP implementation or delivery roles with a focus on SAP FICO (Treasury) preferred
  • Experience working on ERP projects with involvement across multiple modules
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes (not limited to finance-only processes)
  • Exposure to finance-related ERP modules such as general ledger or accounts-related areas is preferred
  • Candidates with experience in procurement, treasury, warehousing, inventory, or customer-related modules are also considered, provided they are willing to expand into finance-centric ERP areas
  • Experience participating in full ERP project lifecycles, including configuration, testing, and rollout
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially when engaging finance leadership
  • Managerial-level maturity with the ability to articulate process depth during interviews
  • Experience with automation within OpenText is highly desirable (or any other closely related automation)
