Job Description

  • Manage ERP projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex project challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in ERP implementation and project management.
