As an ERP Applications Manager, you will serve as the overall owner of the organization's ERP ecosystem, ensuring the platform continues to support key business and financial operations effectively. This is a strategic ERP governance and business engagement role rather than a technical implementation position.

Job Description

  • Own the overall health, stability, performance, and governance of ERP platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT teams, and ERP vendors.
  • Manage ERP operational support, incidents, problem management, and service delivery.
  • Drive ERP enhancements, releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and business requirement gathering.
  • Translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Own ERP roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Manage ERP vendors, contracts, escalations, and SLA performance.
  • Oversee ERP integrations, interfaces, reporting, and data quality governance.
  • Maintain ERP security, access controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Drive automation initiatives using tools such as Power Platform.
  • Support ERP-related projects, change management, and user adoption.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years of ERP experience
  • Strong knowledge of FinanceERP modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Procurement
  • Experience withERP platforms such as:
    • SAP
    • Oracle
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Infor
    • Other enterprise ERP solutions
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and workflows
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of:
    • ERP integrations
    • APIs
    • Data flows
    • Interfaces
  • Vendor management and SLA governance experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English
