Job Description

  • Lead the preparation and review of accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting and reporting standards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting and audit teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations affecting the consumer industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Reporting & Compliance should have:

  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and audit processes.
  • Previous experience leading the reporting & compliance across the APAC region.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
