Job Description

  • Lead the organization's Power Platform-driven digitalization roadmap, prioritizing high‑value Power Apps initiatives and establishing ALM/governance practices for scalable growth.
  • Act as the solution architect for Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring secure, integrated, and high‑performance solutions across Engineering, PPC, Production, and Supply Chain.
  • Build and maintain enterprise-grade Power Apps solutions, delivering strong data models, optimized UX, and reliable integrations into D365 F&O, Dataverse, and other business systems.
  • Enhance data governance and product data quality, improving master data structures and ensuring accurate information flows through all Power Platform and D365 applications.
  • Lead automation through Power Automate, designing end‑to‑end workflows, approvals, and system integrations that reduce manual work and streamline operational processes.
  • Drive change management and user training, ensuring successful adoption of Power Apps, dashboards, and digital workflows across office and shop‑floor users.
  • Translate engineering and operational standards into reusable Power Apps components, templates, and rule sets to support consistency, manufacturability, and process reuse.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors, managing POCs, demos, and evaluations while enforcing governance, environment security, and ALM compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Transformation Specialist should have:

  • A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and process optimization.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps
  • Proven track record with Power Application digitalization and projects
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
