Job Description

  • Develop and implement statistical, machine learning, and data‑driven solutions to solve business problems.
  • Build, validate, and maintain predictive models to support decision‑making and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑value opportunities and data initiatives.
  • Work with large, complex datasets and manage data pipelines efficiently.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with data science trends, conduct research, and apply advanced analytical techniques.
  • Independently and collaboratively execute projects in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Scientist should have:

  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow or similar.
  • Solid SQL skills for querying, transforming, and managing large structured datasets across relational databases.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis features for quick exploration and reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience with machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
  • Proven ability to build, train, test, deploy, and maintain predictive models end‑to‑end in real business use cases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel) to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, experiment design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference for data‑driven decision‑making.
