Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality analytics projects.

  • Oversee data pipeline development, ensuring efficient and accurate data collection, storage, and processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and create actionable insights.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of data models and analytics solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative technologies to improve data practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Science and Engineering Manager should have:

  • A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in data science, data engineering, and analytics tools.
  • Strong Proficiency in SQL, Phyton and data visualisation tools (Power BI)
  • Experience in implementing data-driven strategies within the property industry is an advantage.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Snowflake, Hadoop)
  • Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
