Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data availability and integrity for business insights.
  • Optimize database performance and manage data storage solutions.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant financial services regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for data systems and processes.
  • Support the integration of data from various internal and external sources.
  • Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data infrastructure and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Engineer should have:

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
  • Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, or AWS).
  • Strong understanding of database architecture and data warehousing concepts.
