As part of its continued regional growth strategy, the company is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow its Hong Kong business.

Job Description



P&L Ownership

  • Own and manage the Hong Kong business P&L.
  • Lead overall market performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Define and execute the country growth strategy.
  • Deliver against annual business and financial targets.



Commercial Growth

  • Drive business growth across key product verticals:
  • Credit Cards
  • Insurance
  • Wealth Products
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnership initiatives.
  • Improve customer acquisition efficiency and commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners and stakeholders.



Local Market Leadership

  • Act as the senior representative for the Hong Kong market.
  • Provide local market insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure effective execution of business initiatives within the market.



Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead local teams and drive high-performance outcomes.
  • Partner with regional and global functions to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships across the local banking, insurance, and financial services ecosystem.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Management, Commercial Leadership, or P&L ownership role within the fintech, insurtech, digital financial services, or broader financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong financial services landscape, with established industry relationships and market knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, strategic partnerships, and external commercial engagements.
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Effective people leader with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to digital platforms, customer acquisition strategies, partnerships, or marketplace-based business models would be advantageous.
