Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments, ensuring timely updates to internal policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues effectively.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance breaches, recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

  • A degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in compliance or risk management within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
