Job Description

As a Communication & Corporate Affairs Manager, you will be developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. You will also be:

  • Managing media relations, including drafting press releases, handling inquiries, and building strong relationships with key media outlets.
  • Overseeing corporate social responsibility programs and initiatives to align with the company's values.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Monitoring and reporting on public perception of the company, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in all corporate communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Communication & Corporate Affairs Manager should have:

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in communication and corporate affairs roles.
  • Strong understanding of media relations and public relations strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of corporate social responsibility practices.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing strategic communication plans.
