Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance portfolio management processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational guidelines.
  • Support the team in achieving financial targets and strategic goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P&C - Manager, Collections should have:

  • Strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in hire purchase collections, portfolio management and recovery strategies within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
