Job Description

  • Manages continuous quality improvement activities and follow up on incident investigations.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing clinical or operational procedures.
  • Coordinate audits, benchmark results, and guide best practices.
  • Participate in corrective action planning and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide training on policies and procedures to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Submit reports, data, and documentation
  • Delivery of staff training programs, including onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Identify training needs and help develop plans to address skill gaps.
  • Provide in‑service education and updates to maintain compliance and improve outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and other corporate initiatives as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Registered Nurse with the nursing regulatory body.
  • Additional certification in a specialised clinical area is required.
  • Must hold a valid practising certificate.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a specialised clinical setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic or centre-level management.
  • Experience with quality improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Strong background in adult learning or training delivery is preferred, with the ability to explain clinical or technical concepts clearly.
  • Must be willing and able to travel when necessary.
