Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Financial Markets products, ensuring accurate trade capture, validation, amendments, novations, assignments, and control processes. The role acts as a key link between Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and external counterparties, ensuring trade integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across FX, Options, Rates, and Credit asset classes.

Job Description



Trade Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete trade lifecycle from execution through settlement readiness.
  • Capture, validate, and maintain trade details within trading and risk management systems.
  • Process trade amendments, cancellations, novations, assignments, and restructurings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, exceptions, and booking issues.



Product Support

  • Support Financial Markets transactions across:
    • Foreign Exchange (FX)
    • FX Options and Structured Products
    • Interest Rate Products (Rates)
    • Credit Products and Derivatives
  • Ensure transactions are accurately reflected across front-to-back systems.



Risk & Control

  • Perform trade validations and controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operating procedures.
  • Monitor trade events, lifecycle milestones, and outstanding exceptions.
  • Escalate operational, valuation, or trade booking risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and internal control requirements.



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology, and external counterparties.
  • Coordinate with traders and sales teams to resolve trade-related issues.
  • Support business initiatives, new product implementations, and process enhancements.



Process Improvement

  • Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives and control enhancements.
  • Support automation, workflow improvements, and operating model transformation projects.
  • Maintain process documentation and operating procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3-8 years of experience in Capital Markets Operations, Middle Office, Market Operations, Investment Banking Operations, or Financial Markets Support.
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, amendments, novations, assignments, and lifecycle events.
  • Experience supporting one or more asset classes:
    • FX
    • FX Options
    • Rates
    • Credit Products
  • Knowledge of financial markets products, trade flows, and operational controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
