The CAD Designer & Visualiser will be responsible to produce high‑quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual assets that support product development, manufacturing, and customer projects. The role translates complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual 3D content for engineering, marketing, training, and internal communication, utilizing Autodesk & Adobe creative cloud software.

Job Description

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate 2D drawings and 3D CAD models
  • Support product development and product care through design and documentation updates
  • Provide drawing and documentation support aligned with manufacturing requirements
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with internal documentation standards
  • Develop visualizations including renderings, animations, and technical illustrations
  • Produce branded visual assets for product launches and marketing materials
  • Create instructional graphics, exploded views, and concept animations for training
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and training stakeholders
  • Manage and release design data using PDM and ERP systems
  • Maintain version control, naming conventions, and digital asset accuracy
  • Continuously improve CAD workflows, tools, and visualization techniques
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across design and documentation
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by team leadership when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in steel manufacturing or product design
  • Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software
  • Experience working with PDM systems and ERP platforms
  • Skilled in rendering and animation tools (e.g., 3Ds Max, Blender, Inventor Studio)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro)
  • Experience creating visual content for training, communication, or marketing is an advantage
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and design‑for‑manufacturing principles
  • Strong visual sense combined with technical accuracy
  • Detail‑oriented with structured documentation practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Comfortable working with international and cross‑functional teams
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and committed to continuous learning
  • Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, courage, and commitment
