Job Description

  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service performance.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure operational targets are achieved.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes, SOPs, and compliance practices.
  • Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to enhance operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Process Owner should have:

  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experienced logistics professional with a strong background in 4PL operations and continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in data analysis, KPI management, and process optimization.
  • Proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma, SOP development, and operational excellence practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
