Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry will be highly regarded.
