Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives
  • Identify business opportunities, convert prospects into clients, and expand market share
  • Provide leadership in a commercially driven, results-oriented environment
  • Lead and oversee multiple departments

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced multinational environment
  • At least 15 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, including leadership experience
  • Fluency in Malay and English, Mandarin a plus
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and win new business
  • Strong background managing multi-functional teams across operations and commercial functions
