Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end contract management, bid management, and post-award contract administration to support successful project delivery and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Bid Management, and senior stakeholders to ensure RFP responses are compliant, accurate, and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Analyze and mitigate commercial, legal, financial, delivery, and third-party risks associated with complex bids and contractual engagements.
  • Obtain timely internal approvals from key stakeholders and management to meet stringent tender submission deadlines.
  • Review and manage tender submissions, customer contracts, and third-party agreements, ensuring contractual accuracy and readiness for execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance to sales and bid teams, resolving contractual and commercial challenges while identifying optimal solutions to support deal closure.
  • Enhance governance, compliance, and contract management frameworks through policy implementation, process improvements, and audit initiatives.
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage complex ICT, telecommunications, and integrated technology services agreements while safeguarding key commercial and legal interests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Bid & Commercial Manager should have:

  • Over 7 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex customer and third-party commercial agreements, including RFPs, RFQs, quotations, NDAs, MOUs, MSAs, SOWs, reseller, partner, and subcontracting agreements.
  • A bachelor's degree in Law, Contract Management, Business, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in commercial and contractual best practices.
  • More than 5 years of experience managing complex tender processes, bid submissions, and back-to-back contract negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Demonstrate extensive industry experience within the telecommunications and ICT sectors, with a strong understanding of commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, effectively engaging senior leadership, business teams, and operational stakeholders to drive successful commercial outcomes.
