Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Provide commercial support to internal teams during contract development and execution.
  • Analyze financial and legal risks associated with proposals and agreements.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to bids and contracts.
  • Assist in implementing and improving processes for bid and contract management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Bid & Commercial (2-year contract) should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years and above experience in bid management and contract negotiation within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal and commercial documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks.
