Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage IT/Technical audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Identify and assess potential risks in technology systems and processes, recommending actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and enhance audit methodologies to align with best practices in the Financial Services industry.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings and providing practical recommendations.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness over time.
  • Provide advisory support on technology-related risks and controls to management and other departments.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and regulatory changes affecting the Financial Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Manager, IT/Technical Audit should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of IT audit frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements within the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technology-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in using auditing tools and data analytics software.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
