Job Description

  • Work with various partner types to develop market-specific offerings and solutions for Asia Pacific, addressing current and future industry needs.
  • Define strategic business plans for selected partners, ensuring alignment with overall cloud strategy and driving revenue growth through partner channels.
  • Act as a digital and cloud subject-matter expert to support partner ecosystem enablement and GTM development.
  • Engage partner leadership and enterprise customer decision-makers to generate and accelerate revenue opportunities.
  • * Develop promotions, incentives, and funding programs in collaboration with regional and HQ teams.
  • Lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Drive new partner onboarding and expand opportunities with existing partners.



Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Strong record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Demonstrated success in new business generation and partner expansion.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in cloud or digital markets.
  • Strong technical background or previous R&D experience.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, innovation, and enterprise architecture.
