  • Reconcile accounts payable balances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all payment-related processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth payment operations.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Monitor and manage vendor queries effectively.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP (Payment) should have:

  • Strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
