You will oversee core HR operations and ensure smooth delivery of payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle processes. and support a 10 hr operation while helping the organisation navigate ongoing operational requirements within a complex healthcare environment.
We are seeking a hands on Senior HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for a workforce of 5,000 employees and manage a team of 30 HR professionals. This role will drive HR transformation and enhance practices to support the company's corporatisation journey and continued growth across a large scale retail operation.
This is a highly visible HR leadership role focused on building organizational capability and developing future talent pipelines. You will work closely with General Managers, Directors, and key stakeholders to address talent and organizational challenges, strengthen leadership effectiveness, support succession planning, and drive people initiatives that directly impact business performance.
This position focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, and stakeholder management across Australia and selected APAC markets. You will work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, drive sourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines and hiring targets.
The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving talent management, organizational design, and HR initiatives while overseeing compensation, benefits, and compliance.
