Job Description

  • Design clean, intuitive, and user‑centred interfaces for web‑based platforms
  • Work end‑to‑end on design deliverables-from wireframes and prototypes to final UI
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams
  • Apply user feedback and best‑practice UX principles to improve design outcomes
  • Ensure designs align with established visual and Capital Markets design guidelines
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and design innovations

The Successful Applicant

A successful UI/UX Designer should have:

  • A degree or certification in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web‑based platforms
  • A strong design portfolio that demonstrates clean UI, thoughtful UX, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
  • The ability to clearly explain design choices and take feedback constructively
  • Experience working closely with developers and cross‑functional teams
  • A keen eye for detail, consistency, and usability
