Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Coordinate with port authorities, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders to facilitate operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support throughout the shipment lifecycle.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor and coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping and operational documentation.
  • Ensure timely issuance and processing of all required logistics-related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and business partners across multiple countries.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain operation by resolving issues and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Executive should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding, logistics operations, or customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to interact confidently with international customers and agencies.
  • Candidates available on short notice will have an added advantage.
