We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead and manage projects within the Technology department of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. This temporary role is based in Selangor and requires expertise in agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects in alignment with agile principles and methodologies.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and address any impediments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for successful project execution.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration within the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Agile Project Manager should have:

  • A relevant degree in technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with agile frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
