The CRM Manager's portfolio will include setting a strategic direction of the company's loyalty program as well as overseeing the implementation and thorough execution including targeted marketing campaigns through the distribution channels of the company. Other key responsibilities include:
- To provide direction and leadership in the use of sales data and marketing systems in support of streamlining the CRM activities
- To establish the framework of the loyalty program vision and creating a strategic road map to drive the overall loyalty strategy of the organization
- Build and plan functional CRM marketing campaigns, improve efficiency using best practices and implementing analytic using company's existing database in improving overall results
- Lead and develop a segmentation mapping in creating strategic goals to ensure effective market segmentation to conduct targeted marketing outreach campaigns.
- To eventually lead a team of CRM officers in ensuring high performance objectives are achieved
- Identify innovative ways to drive contact engagement with new and existing customer database in ensuring the highest level of engagement with the customers
