The client is a leading retailed and they are actively preparing to expand into the markets of Southeast Asia (SEA). They are currently in search of a highly qualified country manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving sales growth, and elevating the company's reputation in the region.
As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the sales strategy for our entire product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving sales in new areas, expanding the share of wallet of existing customers, and implementing a disciplined sales cadence and pipeline monitoring process. This is a strategic role where you will collaborate closely with the executive team to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
To lead and direct effectively and efficiently all the activities of the Delivery division, providing strategic direction by developing policies, procedures, and guidelines, overseeing project delivery across all projects including development of program schedules/budgets, and ensuring full adherence to health & safety standards to ensure high-end and on-time delivery.
