Job Description

  • Conduct daily monitoring of bank balances in the Treasury system and perform reconciliations.
  • Oversee web-banking applications and manage in-house banking and pooling operations.
  • Ensure timely approval and completion of payments.
  • Maintain a network of information (customer service, purchasing, marketing, HR, etc.) to forecast cash flow.
  • Verify that the daily cash position aligns with the target balance after placing term deposits or withdrawing term loans with respective counterparties.
  • Implement swift and regular reconciliation of forecasts/actuals on the value date using IT tools (Cash Report software).
  • Monitor monthly actuals and prepare Actual, Trend, and Budget reports, providing explanations for deviations to Zone/Group treasurers.
  • Manage Bank Guarantee and Corporate card for the respective country under the cash manager's purview.
  • Foster relationships with banks in compliance with the Group Financial Charter, especially concerning the selection of banks, payment methods, collection, and adherence to negotiated terms with banks.
  • Establish controls to meet regulatory requirements in designated jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with banks and local entities to initiate, terminate, or oversee bank account operations.
  • Ensure the operational security and actively contribute to anti-fraud efforts.

The Successful Applicant

* 2-4 years of working experience in MNCs or shared service centers
* Exposure to SAP
* Graduate in Accounting and Finance
* Ability to analyze P&L and Balance Sheet
