Lead a team of Trainers Drive training plans for new joiners and existing employees. Responsible for communicating with management on the current status of new hire training as well as the standing of each trainee as they transition into the live environment. Responsible for documenting Attendance, Performance and Progress of all new hire trainees. Responsible for filing an end of day summary to all management detailing the progress of each day of the two-week training. Responsible for completing weekly audit reports to support the QA team, to determine whether a new wave of training is needed. Guide and coach Trainers in terms of performance and career path. People manager for Trainers.
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience. *At least 3-year working experience in content quality, safety or policy in a major tech/media company; *Able to work independently and in a fast pace. *Experienced in conducting training sessions to big groups (at least 50-100 people per session). *Proficient in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. *Strong attention to details.
