Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve set targets
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the life sciences sector
  • Deliver high-quality presentations to key decision-makers
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction
  • Participate in industry events and conferences
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at site and regional decision-making levels.
  • Ensure the business-ready to maximize existing contract renewals and formulate pricing strategies for regional accounts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Territory Sales Manager (Life Science) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Demonstrated selling/channel experience in the Life Science sector preferred
  • Experience in consultative selling methodologies
  • Knowledge of Life Science distribution networks is an advantage.
  • Existing industry, end-user, reseller network is an advantage.
  • Sound analytical skills in gathering data and eliciting key outcomes.
  • Budget and reporting skills.
  • Negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
