The company has a strong international presence, partnering with industry leaders and contributing to major infrastructure projects worldwide.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support for the full range of Energy Storage System (ESS) products.
  • Oversee and coordinate operation & maintenance subcontractors, ensuring adherence to preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Conduct site visits and field inspections as required.
  • Manage, execute, and support ESS/Battery Storage System (BSS) projects.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and propose solutions for potential system scalability.
  • Assist with warranty claims and technical issue resolution.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Support Engineer should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in the power system industry specifically in pre and post sales.
  • Experience in energy storage system will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
