About Our Client

Our client is a multinational building materials manufacturer with robust product portfolio in the segment. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking to hire a Technical Service & Training Manager to develop their technical academy.

Job Description

Develop Technical Academy to support the development and deliver training for internal staffs and customers covering all products

Provide best practical technical training and guidance to installer, distributor and contractor

Being the Subject Matter Expert in the company's products and systems and manage all technical enquiries from customers and internal sales team

Prepare customized samples as requested by the commercial team.

Collaborate with the Commercial team to devise targeted training program for local and regional customers.

Manage customer complaint, site investigation and inspection, working towards resolving the issues.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant study

Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical service or training position in the Building Materials industry

Advanced facilitation and presentation skills to train, present and coach technical training modules

Candidates with experience in setting up training modules from scratch will be at advantage

Self starter and highly independent
