Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and growth strategies for the agrochemical market in Malaysia.
  • Lead new product launches, technical positioning, and market expansion efforts.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to internal teams, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and build channel partner capabilities.
  • Monitor and optimize sales forecasts, pricing, and portfolio performance.
  • Stay ahead of competitive activities and market trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in a related technical or business field.
  • A background in sales, marketing, or strategy-preferably in agrochemicals, pest management, crop protection.
  • Brings proven record in B2B commercial roles, business development, and stakeholder management within a technical industry.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, able to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical, strategic, and comfortable leading projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of agility, negotiation skills, and commitment to customer success.
