Job Description

  • Business Process Analysis: Identify areas for ERP system improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • ERP Solution Design and Implementation: Configure and implement customized ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure optimal performance of the ERP system and collaborate on updates and upgrades.
  • Documentation and Recommendations: Document the ERP implementation process and stay updated with technology trends to recommend future upgrades

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience and Expertise: Proven experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or similar role, with strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, BUT mainly in Infor LN.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and MSSQL, with knowledge of data integration and EDI/FTP/Batch-file scripting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
