Job Description

  • Manage and oversee payroll processing for Singapore-based clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Supervise and support a team of payroll specialists in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to payroll-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payroll processes and implement best practices.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide solutions to complex payroll scenarios.
  • Stay updated on changes in Singapore payroll legislation and ensure timely implementation within payroll processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Lead Singapore Payroll should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
