Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes in Shared Services/ Regional Talent Acquisition, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Develop and execute TA strategy and sourcing channels to meet business growth and hiring needs, collaborating with internal departments and hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, build talent pipelines, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create employer branding and manage university partnerships for fresh graduate and internship hiring.
  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with industry trends and advancements.



Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end and regional recruitment, with a focus on APAC countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated experience in Employer Branding.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles.
  • Leadership experience in Talent Acquisition is preferred, emphasising passion over seniority.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of recruiters.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
