Job Description

  • Lead and manage country staffing needs and align with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Drive talent management initiatives and ensure the accuracy of recruitment and staffing metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental and legal requirements in support of staffing strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting plans to fill open roles efficiently while minimizing cost-per-hire.
  • Manage relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters, job boards, and external recruitment partners.
  • Champion a consistent corporate image and messaging across all recruitment campaigns and events.
  • Serve as or oversee the staffing website content expert, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with brand identity.
  • Maintain and manage manpower planning systems, advising management on employment matters and diversity goals.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights on hiring trends, turnover, candidate experience, and more to HR and senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruitment professionals to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably with a focus in manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated regional experience with deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, demographic trends, staffing models, and negotiation techniques.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute Employer Branding strategies.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, business acumen, and a track record of providing strategic leadership across functions and locations.
