The Supply Planner will be responsible for aligning supply and capacity with demand, creating master production schedules, and optimising asset utilisation across the network. This role ensures service excellence while driving efficiency, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute supply plans in alignment with demand forecasts, financial targets, and service objectives.
  • Collaborate with demand, commercial, sales, and finance teams to support replenishment and distributor planning.
  • Translate planned orders into production schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to maintain supply continuity.
  • Monitor aging inventory, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
  • Support S&OP processes, including capacity planning, availability assessments, and labour planning.
  • Maintain master data accuracy and ensure planning system integrity.
  • Provide KPI reporting on working capital, inventory turns, and service performance.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Planner should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
  • Experienced in supply chain or planning roles.
  • Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
